At Brighton State School, we have high expectations of bookwork from all students. As part of our pedagogical framework, we have a bookwork policy which defines consistent standards and expectations across the school for bookwork. Teachers explicitly teach the standards, celebrate quality work and provide regular feedback to students. Each week, to acknowledge quality bookwork, students are invited to showcase their work to a member of the leadership team. We further celebrate success by displaying bookwork in the Hall of Fame located outside the library.
